Our application is html web-based.
It will help you analysing single-line / multi-case systems to verify, detect and/or eliminate vibration sensitive components. After the initial qualitative analysis, quantitative calculations will be performed defining the Likelihood of Failure (-LOF-) risk factors which will subsequently be summarized for reporting.
To make it user friendly, pull-down menus are provided and entries are linked to calculation results and design improvement tips.
Separate tab-sheets are available for each vibration phenomena to access systems to identify and eliminate vibration sensitive areas.
With latest developments we can generate a full plant overview for all piping systems to give support to inspection and plant maintenance requirements.
The reporting allows for including recommendations and inspection requirements supporting your plant maintenance program and / or piping design changes.
